**BANANA CRUMB MUFFINS**

Alhamdulillah.. sudah lama sekali ana ingin menyoba resep ini, tapi belum ada pisangnya (yang udah masak total).. tapi bbrp waktu yg lalu membeli pisang satu sisir.. dan sudah tersisa sebagian pisang yg blm di makan.. lalu ana teringat dgn resep ini...

Membuat ini insyaAllah sangat praktis dan mudah.. hanya memerlukan bbrp waktu saja.. tidak sampai berjam2.. tdk pakai kata "capek". Cocok utk dihidangkan saat sarapan, atau skdr sebagai cemilan di dampingi oleh secangkir kopi atau teh manis panas.


Sebagai modifikasi, ana menambahkan chocolate chips (coklat keping) pada adonan dan menambahkan meises bewarna pada topping.

Ingredients

* 190 g all-purpose flour
* 5 g baking soda
* 5 g baking powder
* 3 g salt
* 3 bananas, mashed
* 150 g white sugar
* 1 egg, lightly beaten
* 75 g butter, melted
* 75 g packed brown sugar
* 15 g all-purpose flour
* 0.3 g ground cinnamon
* 15 g butter

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease 10 muffin cups, or line with muffin papers.
2. In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
3. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle topping over muffins.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.
